Voice Thread- Data Mangement

Every Grade 6 student at Parkland school has been working hard to research, design and construct a paper airplane that will be able to fly "the greatest distance!" They have created data recording sheets to track their data. Next, they will prepare to anaylze their data. This Voice Thread will give students the opportunity to explain the best way to graph and display continuous data. These children will be given the opportunity to explore how different scales used on graphs can influence conclusions drawn from the data. They will also, through investigation, demonstrate an understanding of how data from graphs can be used to make inferences and convincing arguments. I hope that you will get the chance to visit: http://ed.voicethread.com/#q.b856134.i0.k0
